Dr. Weaver is proficient in all aspects of dentistry with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from West Virginia University. He was honored with the Gold Foil Award for Excellence in Operative Dentistry. He is an expert in extractions, mini dental implants, and conventional dental implant restoration. He is adept at finding solutions and alternatives for different dental needs and budgets. “There is always another way”, he says.

Dr. Weaver handles all aspects of general dentistry, including oral surgery, restorative, crowns and bridges, dentures, geriatric dentistry, root canals, and more. He ran a successful four-dentist group practice for over 25 years before moving back to Vermont. In addition to his diverse interests and family life, Dr. Weaver is also a published author. His book,Infinity Man, is available on Amazon, showcasing his literary contributions. He was born in Morgantown, West Virginia, and now lives in Windsor, VT, with his wife, a 7th-generation Vermonter. He has three children and four grandchildren. He loves tennis, kayaking, biking, walking, pickleball, reading, traveling, and socializing with his wife.

Arlene has been working in the dental field since 1998. Her career began in Tampa, Florida, where she spent 10 years as the Office Manager for a mobile dental clinic. After that, she continued to serve patients in a small private practice, also in Tampa, in the same role. She later joined Aspen Dental, where she worked for another 10 years.


With over two decades of experience in dental offices, Arlene takes great pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient. She understands that visiting the dentist can be stressful for some and her goal is always to make each appointment as smooth and relaxing as possible.

Lindsey brings over five years of experience in the dental field, having worked at Claremont Family Dentistry in Dr. Abbott’s office. She began her career as a Dental Assistant, spending two years providing hands-on support in clinical care. Her strong work ethic and dedication to patient service quickly led to a promotion and for the next three years, she served as the Front Office Manager.

Known for her compassionate approach, Lindsey is deeply committed to ensuring that every patient feels valued and well cared for. Her top priority is always the patient’s comfort and overall experience, whether she’s providing chairside assistance or helping patients navigate scheduling and insurance at the front desk.

Lindsey’s warm personality, attention to detail and passion for patient care make her a valued asset to Area Dental Services.

Pam, an NHTI graduate, has been a dedicated dental assistant for nearly 40 years. She finds immense joy in her work and cherishes the relationships she has built with her coworkers and patients at Dr. Weaver’s office.
Throughout her career, Pam has worked alongside Dr. Tatro and Dr. Maxfield, where she developed a deep appreciation for quality patient care and the importance of teamwork.

Her passion for helping others is evident in her daily interactions and she values the connections she has formed with those around her.

Driven by her love for the dental profession and her commitment to supporting both her colleagues and the community, Pam’s warmth and dedication make her a highly valued member of Area Dental Services.

With nearly 44 years of experience, Julie is a seasoned dental hygienist who finds joy in patient care. She’s dedicated to helping them achieve optimal oral health and build good habits. When she’s not at the office, Julie enjoys being active outdoors.

With over four decades of experience in the dental field, Penny began her career as a dental assistant at Dr. Pamplin’s office, where she worked for 30 years and advanced to become a licensed dental hygienist. Her journey in dental care has included meaningful roles at Dr. Kramer’s office for 8 years and more recently, at Dr. Abbott’s office for 4 years.
 
Throughout her career, Penny has developed a deep passion for patient care and education. Helping individuals understand the importance of home care and empowering them to take charge of their oral health is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.
 
Outside the office, Penny enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Bear. Whether exploring the outdoors or relaxing at home, quality time with her family brings her the greatest joy.
